Domain resources follow the tier of their owning domain. Storage and Clara credits are transversal and accrue per active domain. Emails, automations, and logs are platform resources with a fixed per-subscription baseline.

* Digital signatures between the organization's own admins and collaborators are free and do not consume envelopes. The quota applies to external recipients. Exception: ICP-Brasil certified documents carry a certification cost independent of the plan.
** Automatic platform alerts and notifications do not count toward the email quota. Only transactional emails generated by the organization are metered: external invitations, OTPs, and workflow communications.
*** Transversal resources accrue per active domain. E.g. Clara credits with 3 Starter domains + 1 Pro = 3 × 250 + 500 = 1,250 credits / mo; the same model applies to storage. Credits renew monthly.
Features that use AI internally — such as meeting-minutes transcription (per minute) and PII discovery (per GB analyzed) — are metered in their own units, separate from Clara credits, and will be detailed at each module's launch. For AI, you can use platform credits or configure BYOK with your own provider when internal policies require direct control of the account.
Implementation
Claryn doesn't charge for setup, initial configuration, or rollout. Activate the domains, follow the wizards, and ask Clara. Comparable platforms charge tens of thousands of dollars in implementation projects before the first use. Advisory onboarding, guided mapping, and governance support are available on demand, scoped and priced case-by-case.

Beta access is invite-only after application review. Selected companies receive early access with a protected discount for the first 12 months of an active subscription.
No. During the closed beta there is no free plan or trial. Access is paid, with an early-adopter discount for selected participants. The free plan and 30-day trial will return at public launch.
The discount varies by wave. Wave 1 (10 companies) gets 30% off for 12 months. Wave 2 (20 companies) gets 20%. The discount applies to the recurring subscription charge while it remains active during the period.
Nothing. Claryn doesn't charge for setup, initial configuration, or rollout — unlike comparable platforms, which charge tens of thousands of dollars before the first use. Documentation, per-domain tutorials, onboarding wizards, and the Clara AI assistant guide configuration. Advisory onboarding and guided mapping are available on demand, scoped and priced case-by-case.
Ticket-based support with a target response within 2 business days. Security or data incidents have a dedicated channel with a target 4-hour acknowledgement. No phone or WhatsApp support during beta.
An admin is a user who manages settings, modules, approvals, risks, controls, workflows, or platform operations. Every organization includes the first admin license at no charge; additional admin licenses are billed.
Yes, user licenses have reduced pricing. External auditors, authenticated third parties, and DSAR data subjects are included in the relevant modules.
Yes. Annual billing applies a 10% discount to recurring charges, stackable with the beta discount.
Yes. Beta workspaces are handled with production-grade security practices. At the end of beta, each company can keep the workspace, request a reset, or export and delete their data.
Claryn is a cloud SaaS. For exchange workflows with sensitive payloads, Secure Exchange supports customer-managed storage (AWS S3, GCS, Azure Blob, Cloudflare R2) when your data sovereignty requirements demand it.
Clara uses AI credits for questions, analysis, summaries, and assisted generation. Consumption varies by context size, documents, and task complexity. We expose credit allowances and packs instead of turning tokens into a rigid customer-facing tariff.
Yes. Claryn supports BYOK for customers who prefer to use their own AI provider and key. In that model, the provider account stays under the customer’s responsibility and Claryn uses the authorized configuration to run AI capabilities.
Yes. Standalone modules are available when the job-to-be-done is self-contained. Domains and packs are recommended for recurring operations.
