Who the beta is for

Companies ready to move from plans to execution.

The beta is designed for Brazilian companies with a real pain point and enough maturity to evolve their TrustOps operation with an integrated platform.

On a certification journey

Companies preparing for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, or other relevant certifications.

Running LGPD in practice

Privacy, legal, and DPO teams that need to structure RoPA, DSAR, incidents, and regulatory responses.

Moving beyond spreadsheets

Companies replacing spreadsheets, shared drives, and disconnected tools with an integrated operation.

Multidisciplinary teams

Security, compliance, privacy, legal, IT, and risk teams working with governance every day.

What Claryn expects from you

Beta is an exchange.

In exchange for special conditions and early access, we expect a minimum level of engagement during the beta period.

  • Real product usage during beta
  • Honest feedback on what works and what does not
  • Participation in periodic feedback forms or calls
  • Bug and UX reports through official channels
  • Sensitive issues handled through official support, not the community
Beta timeline

The path to public launch.

The beta is structured in controlled waves to ensure close support, product stability, and a high-quality experience for participating companies.

Wave 1 July 1, 2026

First wave of the official closed beta. Up to 12 selected companies.

Wave 2 August 2026

Second beta wave. Another 10 to 15 companies, focused on validating operation at scale.

Public launch October 1, 2026

General availability of Claryn. Subject to beta progress and stability, security, and participant experience criteria.

Data handling

Beta data handled like production data.

Beta workspaces are handled with production-grade security practices: access control, auditability, encryption, and backups. Features may evolve during beta, but customer data is handled seriously from day one.

You can request a reset, export, or deletion of data at any time during beta or before production activation, subject to technical, legal, and security restrictions.

FAQ

Everything you need to know before applying.

Who can join the beta? +

Brazilian companies structuring or maturing governance, security, privacy, or compliance operations. We prioritize companies with an active privacy or security decision maker and a real problem to solve.

What happens if I do not convert to a paid plan after the free month? +

The workspace enters read-only mode for 60 days, with the option to export or delete data. If you change your mind during that period, you can activate the plan with the Founding Customer offer still valid.

Can I request a reset, export, or deletion of my data during beta? +

Yes. You can request workspace reset, export, or data deletion during beta or before production activation, subject to technical, legal, and security restrictions.

Will beta data move to production afterward? +

Yes, by default. Beta workspaces are handled with production-grade security practices, including access control, auditability, backups, and encryption. If you prefer to start with a clean workspace at production activation, just request a reset.

Will Clara AI be available during beta? +

Clara AI becomes available from the second month, with explicit opt-in. Customers who do not want AI to process organization data can operate normally without loss of functionality. There is a monthly query limit during beta.

How much does it cost after beta? +

After the free month, you choose the plan and modules that make sense for your operation. The final price depends on that choice, and the Founding Customer discount is applied automatically: 50% in the first year, 20% in the second, and full price from the third year on.

Can I cancel at any time? +

Yes. There is no minimum commitment. If you decide not to continue after beta or at any point in the subscription, you can cancel and keep the right to export your data before closure.
